Carlson Outdoor Adventures

Well, not much on fishing report due to the cold water the fish are not biting really good this time of year. But, hopefully we are going to get back with the fishing trips starting next weekend. The weather should be a lot warmer by then. Today was very cold and we have to wear jackets again

I can’t wait to go fishing again soon! For now we are enjoying the other things that we like to do like biking and hiking. It is so much relaxing for me when I get a bite on my line.  I am so glad that the weather is finally starting to warm up. I looked at the weather for the weekend and it is looking great! It suppose to be up to the 90′s on Sunday how awesome is that. I am kind of tired with the cold weather.

We had a fun week during spring break. The kids enjoyed the outdoor activities that we had. We  brought them to the beach and parks. We also went for a bike ride on the last day of no school. I will be sharing a lot of picture later to share with you guys. I sure did took plenty of picture during that week.

We are almost ready for our camping trip on summer. I got most of the important stuff that we are going to bring with us. We’ll be planning the food when it gets closer. For now I can say we are 90 percent ready for the trip. I am sure it will be fun and memorable trip for the whole family again!

The whole family are looking forward for our next vacation. The kids can’t wait for summer to come so we can go on our vacation. I am pretty sure it will be a fun family adventure once again. I can’t wait to see the mountains and fresh water rivers. Those are the nice views that you cannot find here in Florida.

All of us had so much fun catching crayfish at the stream right next to our camp ground. It was really fun watching the kids playing on the water everyday. My son doesn’t want to get out in the water even it’s freezing. That vacation was so memorable for our kids. They got to spend time with their uncle and aunt and grandpa and grandma too.

For quite some time now, we have been talking about our fishing adventures on our Fish Hook And More blog. However, even though saltwater fishing is our favorite activity, it became obvious that we needed to expand our blog to cover all of our outdoor interests, such as fishing, boating, camping, biking, hiking and general sightseeing.
